3. Requirements for operators: Operators are technical engineers who are directly engaged in on-site operations. They need to strictly implement the technological process, and should have basic equipment and tool operation, rich experience and strong practical ability. It can actually solve this problem.


4. Requirements for measuring equipment: The quality of measuring equipment directly affects the test results of precision components. 7. Environmental requirements: The processing environment refers to the environment of the mechanical equipment workshop to meet the requirements of precision parts processing. (2) Reasonable selection of equipment. Therefore, rough machining should be carried out on a machine tool with high power and low precision, and the finishing process requires high-precision machine tool processing.


(3) The heat treatment process is usually arranged in the processing route of precision parts. The position of the heat treatment process is as follows: in order to improve the metal cutting performance such as annealing, normalizing, and quality adjustment, it is generally arranged before the machining of mechanical parts.
